We appreciate your order and hope you're pleased with it! If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it. Simply click here to exchange or return your purchase quickly and effortlessly.
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items, intimate or sanitary products, and custom-made items.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
The product must have a manufacturing defect or arrive damaged.
You must contact us at petimorpets@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.
Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue may be required.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for:
Sale items or discounted products.
Items damaged by misuse or mishandling after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for paying return shipping fees. If the product is delayed or held due to unpaid customs fees or taxes, no refund will be issued.
RETURNS SHIPPING
To return your product, you will be provided with the address of the supplier or warehouse handling your item.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. Shipping times for replacements or exchanges may vary depending on your location.
